From start to finish, Will and company exceeded expectations! Will is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to have me approved for a conventional mortgage when others said they couldn’t. It’s evident he stays on top of the current guidelines and educates his clients as well. I’ve heard others say what a nightmare buying a home is! In my situation, the only nightmare was trying to find the right home in a market that is ridiculously crazy! After my offer was accepted, the loan process was effortless and very efficient!

William Torino was able to make it happen for us. Just when we thought we weren’t getting the house , he took over and made it happen.
