When I first stopped into the office I was confused and trying to figure out what to do. William explained things to me about getting pre-approved. The first mortgage company that I spoke to did not. I decided to get pre-approved with him. Then I found the place that I wanted to buy. Marie and William got me through the overwhelming process of submitting documents, etc. in order to get a mortgage. They always got back to me when it was important to do so. I was able to close on time!
Willie was great in assisting us with the financing of our new home! He truly cares about his clients and works very hard to get everything done as quick as possible, as well as getting it all done correctly!

Transaction was loooong but not the lenders fault (I think) but the overall experience was pleasant, mr Torino was always available to answer questions and would reply Back to text and calls very quickly. And he was very honest about the whole process. Which was good. I highly recommend HIM.
