Great service and communication. Easy to reach out for help and they are incredibly fast at processing everything needed.
The communication could have been a little better. There were conflicts with the agent but they were worked out. A thorough explanation of the estimated cost of closing was never given (line by line). At the end of the day, Rob and Will did what they said they would do. Will and Rob helped me restore my credit and waved a fee for us in order to get to our closing number, for that, I gave my loyalty to them even though we were purchasing in PA.
